1.Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, company, and password when you register.
• Billing information — subscription plan and transaction records. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us (see §3).
• Usage data — searches, API/MCP calls, feature usage, and log data such as IP address, device, and browser, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service and to enforce plan quotas.
• Cookies & similar technologies — used for authentication, preferences, and analytics (see §4).

2.How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate accounts, process subscriptions and enforce quotas, provide support, communicate service and billing notices, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal information.

3.Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number; Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms and PCI-compliant infrastructure. We receive limited information such as the payment result, card brand, and last four digits for records and support.

4.Cookies & analytics

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences, and analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

5.How we share information

We share information only with: service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. hosting, Stripe, analytics, email); parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition; and authorities where required by law. These providers are bound to protect your information.

6.International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong and may process data in other jurisdictions where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7.Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

8.Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@creativescope.ai.

10.Children

The Service is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11.Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time and will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
